LEDA is a sustainable fashion brand that I created with my friend Jessica Bluhum in Colombia.

I love mythology from all over the world and it's no exception to fall in love with Greek mythology. The first time I saw LEDA was in a Rubens painting and it really caught my attention the way the swan embraces and caresses her as they both seem to float in the painting, not to mention Dalí's atomic LEDA where even the ocean floats.

With each LEDA garment, we wanted everyone to feel free in their bodies, to feel enveloped by a swan with the softest and most sustainable fabrics, but also to feel like you are floating in your everyday life, floating through this world of senses

This campaign was very special for us because we made a beautiful collective of creative people and friends, contemporary dancers, photographers, performers, ceramists, musicians, and us.

The name of the project was "Beginning with the Fire", the fire that we all have inside, the fire of dance and music under the flame. Maria, the ceramist, one of our best friends, was actually working on some very special egg sculptures made of clay, which were an essential and symbolic part of this campaign, because in the end, without planning it, we ended up as part of the performance moment and photos where Jessica and I are each holding two eggs, coincidentally representing the two eggs that LEDA had.
